This program supports youth to create strategies for the development of successful employment trajectories and supports them to build confidence in their ability to establish a path for themselves that is both satisfying and viable for the future.
Program Eligibility
A young adult aged 16 to 29
Unemployed or Precariously Employed
Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or protected person legally entitled to work in Canada.
Living in British Columbia
Not receiving duplicative financial supports from another provincially or federally funded labour market program
Is not actively working towards a high-school education
Is generally Employment Ready
