This program supports youth utilizing four training pathways: industrial, customer service/ hospitality, general office and general computer proficiency. It includes indigenous cultural components, personal counselling, short-term occupational certifications, professional driver training and work experience.
- Living in BC
- Is a Canadian, permanent resident or protected person legally entitled to work in Canada
- Youth aged 15 to 30 years
- Unemployed or Precariously Employed
- Is a Youth At-Risk, meaning not generally Employment Ready and facing one or more of the following types of barriers to Employment:
Housing instability
Current or former, Youth in Care
Criminal justice involvement
Incomplete high school education
Recovering from addiction
Mental health challenges
- Includes indigenous youth living on or off reserve.
